We started Misfit because we’d seen too many SMBs and not-for-profits pay agency fees only to be passed around junior teams. So we built the opposite.

We stay small on purpose. It means we choose our clients carefully, give them our best thinking, and don’t have to feed a payroll of juniors with work that should be done by someone with twenty years of experience.

Digital marketing agencies that don’t adapt to AI will be replaced by AI, or by agencies that use it well. We’re choosing the second path.

Led by Siobhan Condon, with our Performance Manager running media day-to-day, and trusted specialists brought in for specific work.
